Take time for your well-being! Challenges are open to all EUTF members, 18 years and older, regardless of medical plan affiliation

Each week you will be provided with fun and easy activities to improve physical activity, nutrition, self-care and stress management. Report weekly activities for a chance to win an HMSA prize pack.
During weeks 4-7, you’ll be challenged to maintain your weight. If your final weight is within 1% of your starting weight, you’ll be entered in a drawing for a chance to win one of fifteen $50 Visa gift cards.
