New Hires

Qualifying Events
Select changes to your enrollment can be made throughout the plan year if you experience a Qualifying Event. Visit the Qualifying Event page to access more information on Qualifying Events, including step-by-step instructions on completing common Qualifying Events.
Required Documents
Documentation shall be required if adding a dependent for the first time and for certain Qualifying Events. View the Common Qualifying Event Chart to determine what document(s) may be required by Qualifying Event.
