What’s New?
Effective January 1, 2024, added Post-Discharge In-Home Personal Care Services at no member cost share for a minimum of 4 hours per day, up to a maximum of 8 hours total per discharge, for certain in-home support services following a discharge from a skilled nursing facility or from an inpatient hospitalization.
