COBRA premiums are 100% of both the employee and employer active EUTF health premium contributions, plus a 2% administrative fee. To determine your COBRA premium, please click on the applicable link below and locate the correct premium rate sheet based on your bargaining unit. Use the graph to find the rates for only the plans which you were enrolled in at the time of termination. Please be advised, the 2% administrative fee is not included in these amounts.

Terminated members eligible for COBRA will also receive a COBRA Election Packet with COBRA rate sheets attached for their reference.
