Data belonging to current and former EUTF HMSA members may have been compromised by a cybersecurity attack on HMSA vendor partner, Navvis & Company LLC (Navvis). Navvis will send a letter via mail to inform current and former HMSA members whose data may have been affected.

Navvis is providing credit monitoring to those who may have been affected. Please refer to your letter from Navvis for instructions on how to sign up for credit monitoring. Those affected by this data breach with questions or concerns may call Navvis at 1-888-996-4022, Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 9:00pm, Central Standard Time.

HMSA’s computer network was not affected by this incident and there is no impact on access to benefits or services.
