2024 Open Enrollment (OE) Confirmation Notices are now available to view on the EUTF Member Portal. We encourage you to visit the EUTF Member Self-Service Portal at eutfbenefits.hawaii.gov to download your Confirmation Notice. All employees will have a 2024 OE Confirmation Notice. If you made changes to your enrollment during OE and submitted all supporting documents timely, your Confirmation Notice will reflect these changes. If you did not make changes during OE, you were automatically defaulted into your current coverage, which will be reflected on your Confirmation Notice. If you and/or your dependent(s) are newly enrolling in a plan option, you will receive identification cards in late June. ID cards are not issued for Verdegard Administrators (supplemental medical and prescription drug), American Specialty Health Group, Inc. (chiropractic coverage included with the medical plan), VSP (vision plan) and Securian Financial (life insurance), as ID cards are not required to receive services. Please contact the carriers directly to follow-up on the status of your ID card if not received by early July.
