Parking Instructions
Validated parking is not available when visiting our office.

  • Enter parking garage from Richards Street which is a one-way street going towards the ocean (Makai).
  • Visitor parking is available on parking level P3 in stalls marked with the visitor signage.
  • Park, then take the elevator to the lobby.
  • Catch the building elevator to the 17th floor.
Alternate parking is available in the municipal parking lot located in the Ali’i Place at 1099 Alakea Street. The municipal parking rates for the City & County of Honolulu are $0.75 per 1/2 hour for the first two hours and $1.50 per 1/2 hour thereafter. They accept cash payment only.
We are located in the heart of Honolulu, and there are bus stops close by the office. Please consult TheBus at www.thebus.org for more information about their routes and time-tables.
